You are invited into a living ceremony of movement, breath, and sound - to journey with the elements and awaken the intelligence that resides within you.

This 5-week immersive series weaves together ecstatic dance, somatic awareness, pranic breathwork, and sound to guide you into deeper layers of self-discovery, healing, and embodied remembrance. This is a return - to instinct, to sensation, to truth.

No experience is needed.
Only a willingness to listen, to feel, and to let your body speak.

It is recommended that, if possible, you commit to coming for the full 5 week series as this is an experiential journey that builds upon each class. As we work from the earth up, we open and awaken parts of us that allow the energy to move upwards through the body, helping to release and clear stagnant energy and emotions. Dancing for the full 5 consecutive weeks can be quite powerful, healing and transformative **

We will be capping the capacity to offer a spacious environment. Please register early to avoid missing out. Please cushion and water…and dress in layers as you will heat up and cool down.
