DEEPEN is a three-day immersive journey into the heart of Inner Journeys Dance—a space to slow down, open inward, and surrender more fully to the wisdom of the body.
Through ecstatic dance, conscious breath, music, embodiment, ceremony, stillness, and connection, we will journey beyond habitual movement and into deeper layers of presence, expression, feeling, and spirit.
This is an invitation to take your dance beyond what you already know.
To listen more closely.
To feel more deeply.
To move what is ready to move.
To meet the parts of yourself that live beneath the surface.
Over three days, we will create space to explore the many pathways of the Inner Journey—Body. Breath. Music. Embodiment. Spirit. Community.
Rooted in the ceremonial and Indigenous-inspired spirit of Inner Journeys, DEEPEN honours the relationship between movement, land, body, spirit, and community. This is not about performing, perfecting, or getting somewhere.
It is about presence.
It is about remembering that your body carries wisdom.
That movement can become medicine.
That dance can open doorways.
And that when we create the conditions to truly listen, something within us begins to reveal itself.
DEEPEN is for those ready to step beyond the dance floor as they know it—and into a deeper relationship with themselves, their bodies, their movement, and the mystery within.

One shared journey.

This sacred women’s circle welcomes all cis women, trans women, and non-binary individuals who feel a meaningful connection to womanhood and wish to share this space together. We are calling you in, and your commitment to our 5th cohort in these monthly circles to tune in and deep see dive compassionately seeing ourselves in one another.
Join Kylee Dawn and Mardi Dauphinee as they welcome you in a supported space through the seasons. Gently experience the edges of your comfort through group shares, meditation, somatic movement, dance, expressive arts, drum journeys, journaling and more.

As the wheel turns once again, the doorway opens for us to gather in the quiet shift of the season. Beyond the noise of daily life lies a space where sound carries deeper weight, shadows hold intent, and the line between where we have been and where we are going simply fades away.
We are stepping back into that liminal space. Between Worlds is not just another night out on the town, it is a deliberate container for deep movement, real presence, and collective release. An invitation to step across, shed your working self, and fully lean into the mystery.
How you show up truly sets the tone. We ask that you enter adorned as a spirit of the threshold, a phantom, or a creature born of your own imagination. Wear your masks, drape your veils, bring your talismans, and bring a willingness to let go. The space will be shaped by low, rich lighting, raw organic textures, and altars crafted to anchor the night.
Our musical guides will weave the evening together through deep psytrance, techno, and immersive global bass. Let the sound carry you, untangle you, and bring you back to center.

This summer, as Kylee Dawn was walking with her Father and Auntie through the rolling hills of their ancestor's land, the land gifted them the old skin of a bull snake.
Kylee Dawn has sat a whole season listening to this shedding, and it has inspired this medicine dance ceremony to come to life.
Please join us on Saturday, September 20th, 2025 for a special Inner Journeys’ dance ceremony to honour Autumn Equinox.
This is an invitation for an evening of embodied exploration to be inspired by the Serpent’s Way of transformation, regeneration and awakening.

The Souluna/Inshala family will gather for the 18th season of community building, with music, dance and workshops in Fort Macleod, AB. This is a heartfelt family-friendly Campout, located under 2 hours from Calgary along the banks of the Old Man River in a beautiful prairie forest.
3-days of music featuring pillars of Alberta and British Columbia's dance music scene all heard on the crystal clear high fidelity Ionic Sound System. Enjoy beach days, swimming, spacious tree shaded camping with fire pits and free firewood (if there is no fire ban), kids activities, ample shaded dance floor, friends, diverse music and much more. below.

Inner Journeys | Ecstatic Dance “Journey with the Elements” 3 of 5
To those who are called to the transformational power of movement, music and breath…or are curious about the connection between body and mind…we invite you to take a journey through the 4 elements of earth, water, fire and air, using the vehicles of dance and breath to transport you through an exploration of personal discovery, self-awareness, healing and remembrance of your true essence.
Each week we will dance to awaken and activate a specific chakra center and embody the correlated element, beginning with an introduction to pranic breathwork, the power of intention, and energetic awareness.
No dance experience is necessary – just a willingness to let go and let your body speak its language.

This is a space and place created for you to be the fullest expression of who you are. Join a beautiful community of movers to dive into your own personal practice - to be with your body, the music and breath.
