Autumn Equinox is the perfect time to begin our monthly circles.
Gather. Connect. Release. Restore.
This sacred women’s circle welcomes all cis women, trans women, and non-binary individuals who feel a meaningful connection to womanhood and wish to share this space together. We are calling you in, and your commitment to our 5th cohort in these monthly circles to tune in and deep see dive compassionately seeing ourselves in one another.
Join Kylee Dawn and Mardi Dauphinee as they welcome you in a supported space through the seasons. Gently experience the edges of your comfort through group shares, meditation, somatic movement, dance, expressive arts, drum journeys, journaling and more.

DEEPEN is a three-day immersive journey into the heart of Inner Journeys Dance—a space to slow down, open inward, and surrender more fully to the wisdom of the body.
Through ecstatic dance, conscious breath, music, embodiment, ceremony, stillness, and connection, we will journey beyond habitual movement and into deeper layers of presence, expression, feeling, and spirit.
This is an invitation to take your dance beyond what you already know.
To listen more closely.
To feel more deeply.
To move what is ready to move.
To meet the parts of yourself that live beneath the surface.
Over three days, we will create space to explore the many pathways of the Inner Journey—Body. Breath. Music. Embodiment. Spirit. Community.
Rooted in the ceremonial and Indigenous-inspired spirit of Inner Journeys, DEEPEN honours the relationship between movement, land, body, spirit, and community. This is not about performing, perfecting, or getting somewhere.
It is about presence.
It is about remembering that your body carries wisdom.
That movement can become medicine.
That dance can open doorways.
And that when we create the conditions to truly listen, something within us begins to reveal itself.
DEEPEN is for those ready to step beyond the dance floor as they know it—and into a deeper relationship with themselves, their bodies, their movement, and the mystery within.
Three days.
One shared journey.
Many layers waiting to be uncovered.

The Souluna/Inshala family will gather for the 18th season of community building, with music, dance and workshops in Fort Macleod, AB. This is a heartfelt family-friendly Campout, located under 2 hours from Calgary along the banks of the Old Man River in a beautiful prairie forest.
3-days of music featuring pillars of Alberta and British Columbia's dance music scene all heard on the crystal clear high fidelity Ionic Sound System. Enjoy beach days, swimming, spacious tree shaded camping with fire pits and free firewood (if there is no fire ban), kids activities, ample shaded dance floor, friends, diverse music and much more. below.

These are not dances to perform the animal, but to be moved by its medicine: Through music, ritual, and movement, we will explore new emotional landscapes, expand our movement vocabulary, and reconnect to our primal nature.
