Step beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body.

'Journey Through the Chakras' is an immersive Inner Journeys dance series inviting you to explore the seven energetic centers of the body through movement, breath, music, intention and embodied awareness. Explore each chakra's individual physical, energetic and psychological characteristics, conscious breathwork, and chakra alchemy.

You will embark upon a full body awakening and remembrance of Self. Leave feeling inspired and uplifted.
